The space

3) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $250 / per 1 pet - 2 pets or more $150/each (non-refundable). Animal Service and ESA policy: In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform.

6) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.
7) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, love bugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.

Nossa estadia foi ótima, qualquer dúvida foi rapidamente respondida, era bem espaçosa, tranquila! Gostamos muito Nice area and confy place to stay. Edson was super responsive and helpfull. Will be back soon. The home was very well situated with a Publix and some restaurants nearby. About 30-40 minutes from universal studios. Closer to Disney. The home was spotless and clean, very spacious, and had eveything we needed. Nicely decorated and overall a great deal. The clubhouse pool was amazing and had water slides for the kids. Home is directly in front of a community park/basketball courts so in the evenings before sunset there were a lot of people outside playing but it did not bother us as you could not hear anything inside. The host was easily accessible. Would recommend this property. Wonderful stay! Our family was pleased and most importantly comfortable!
