Ficamos 11 dias na casa com duas crianças e foi maravilhoso! A casa é confortável, limpa, bem equipada e super acolhedora — exatamente como nas fotos. A localização é excelente, a apenas 5 minutos dos parques da Disney e pertinho do Walmart, o que facilitou muito a estadia em família.<br/>A anfitriã foi muito atenciosa e respondeu rápido sempre que precisamos.<br/>Com certeza voltaríamos e recomendamos de olhos fechados! 🌟🏡 Ra-Shonda

amazing stay and home we appreciate you and your home thanks. it was amazing from start to end We actually had issues with this stay. We notified the host of the masters having a terrible smell, to the point we couldn’t sleep the whole night, had to wait until the next day to be assisted and literally had to sleep over the covers with towels bc there were no extra sheets, there were huge bodily fluids stains in the mattress covers and it stank up the whole room, it was unbearable. They changed all the sheets next day, to then not take ownership of the situation & denied the allegations altogether, pretty much that we were lying about the whole thing. Aside from this, the place is great but it’s already run down, upstairs bathroom had roaches, second bathroom had mold in the curtains, pots and pans have oxidation, bottom room was vandalized, had writing on the walls, Pool was dirty and not well maintained, you hear everything from the next door guests, community pool was closed & couldn’t be used in our whole stay, ac is programmed and it will turn off at night & in afternoon. A casa é excelente, novinha e bem cuidada, com tudo o que você vai precisar para sua estadia. Todos os utensílios da casa são de ótima qualidade. Camas boas, colchões bons, chuveiros bons, tudo funcionando.
O atendimento da equipe UNE Homes também foi excelente, tudo que precisamos foi atendido e resolvido na hora, sem stress. Os funcionários que nos atenderam em nossa estadia foram sempre muito atenciosos e prestativos.
