Just like home
Home was esthetically pleasing as well as feeling homey. Maria was able to get back promptly to any questions that arose. Would use this vendor again! The house was fine. We had issues with the pool on our first full day. It was slimy and had a terrible smell to it. As soon as we noticed I let the host know. The response was sorry for that if you would have let us know when you checked it we could have sent someone. In my opinion, that’s not reasonable as we checked in late and didn’t go into the pool until the next day. While we checked out they sent someone to look at it. But it was too late. Why not send someone when when I reported the issue. I requested some sort of refund due to the amenities not working and the host is refusing. They initially apologized for the issues, now they are saying everything was in perfect condition. Would not book again due to the way this has been handled. Overall a good place to stay. A couple things I wanted to mention like the wall had a lot of writing and scratches all over so a good touch up of paint is necessary. Also some dishes had dirt on them and you can tell they were not washed. Something else we had noticed was the master bed room, sliding door in the bathroom did not fit the frame so you couldn’t completely close the door so water could kept coming out on to the floor. And if you plan on staying here just be aware that the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors conversing.
