This property was very nice and clean, it made us feel at home, comfortable for our large group and kid friendly! The host check in on us to let us know they were available if needed but everything was already perfect! We will definitely utilize this property as we travel back! 10/10 we recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and a very positive experience. The house was clean, well organized, and felt very cozy and welcoming. Maria was always attentive, responded quickly to our messages, and made sure everything went smoothly.<br/>One thing to keep in mind is that the building’s front entrance gate is closed on weekends, so it’s best to avoid scheduling deliveries during those days.

Overall, we had a good stay and the home served our family well during a pretty unique transition period. We’re a family of five and needed a place for about a month after moving to Florida, following a last-minute change in our original accommodations, so having a comfortable, functional space mattered a lot.The layout worked great for our family, and our kids absolutely loved both pools, especially the neighborhood pool, which was almost always empty and ended up being a huge highlight of the stay.That said, a couple things didn’t quite match the listing. The property was advertised as brand new, but it appeared to be at least a few years old. While nothing was terrible, the home showed noticeable wear and tear if you looked closely. For example, the leather couch cushions had significant cracking, and overall the furnishings felt more worn than expected. Cleanliness was acceptable, but not quite to the standard we were hoping for, especially for a property marketed as new.Overall, despite those shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated having a reliable home base during a stressful move.

A casa é confortável, espaçosa e bem organizada. As quatro suítes são amplas e a cozinha tem panelas e potes úteis, além de sofás em couro que passam sensação de limpeza. Os talheres poderiam ser maiores e as facas mais afiadas, mas nada que atrapalhe. No início tivemos um vazamento vindo da banheira de uma suíte; avisamos e o Breno veio rapidamente, identificando trincados no ralo. Optamos por não usar aquela suíte e o gotejamento parou após esvaziarmos a banheira. A ducha é excelente, dormimos bem e o condomínio é tranquilo, com entrada prática por senha, sem filas. A localização é ótima: 12–15 min dos parques, perto de Walmart, Publix e um 7-Eleven novo. A comunicação com a Maria foi rápida e cordial. Tirando o incidente, a estadia foi muito boa.
