DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME OR ANY OF UNE PROPERTIES! 🛑 <br/>This is not an angry review, this is a transparent warning to future guests. We paid $455 for one night and only chose this property because it was the only decent-looking home left from photos . That should’ve been the red flag. We had to leave a nicer home due to construction and expected a safe alternative. This was not it. The house had mold/dirt in the chair, RUSTED chairs, crayon writing on walls that read “wall-paper”, and a door that wouldn’t lock; a major safety risk with a kids present. We notified the host immediately at check-in with photos, but our concerns were dismissed. They offered to send a male “maintenance guy” during our stay, despite us clearly stating women and children were present and uncomfortable. If the host is UNE or the home is near Formosa Valley, avoid it. These homes need serious updates and RENOVATIONS IMMEDIATELY. This review is to protect other families from going through the same experience as us. Home was just like pics we love it we will be back to book again Danitra

We enjoyed our stay! Love the setup and space! 10/10! Great host also! It was a Nice Pl.,. Pool was very small. It just was a little dirty kitchen wasn’t wiped him very well. A lot of crumbs in dirty floors in a lot of stains on walls. Other than that it was a great stay
