House was beautiful, clean, and just like pictures. Plenty of space for kids to run around. Kitchen was well equipped. Towels, soap, shampoo was provided so that was a plus. <br/>ISSUES; Code to get into gate didn’t work 95% of the time. After a 6 hour drive, attempted to get into gate and no codes would open gate. Had this issue every time to get into the gate. Guard was no help either. <br/>Spoke with host about have a decorating company come in for balloon set up for daughters birthday weeks prior to check in and spoke with him the morning of check in and he stated that was completely fine for company to come at 2pm to set up. When company got to the house, door code didn’t work for them and host stated they couldn’t get into home until 4pm after host confirmed it was ok for 2pm set up. <br/>Paid for pool to get heated. After 2 days pool still wasn’t heated and had to make multiple attempts to get someone to fix this. Will Say they were quick to get someone out to fix the issue both times. The House was amazing! It felt like home in the Bahamas, I loved the gated community it felt safe and secured, on the inside of the house was extremely clean and comfortable! The most amazing thing that stood out to me was the pop corn maker, only if I knew I would have bought some corn to pop. I wish I had found this place sooner than I did, I would have stayed there my whole entire trip! Mei Carla

Had a great stay here! Visiting Florida for a wedding and had 7 people in the house which accommodated everyone appropriately. Host is extremely fast and responsive! We were able to check in a little earlier which helped a lot because I have a special needs brother as well as senior parents. Checking in and getting through the gate was a little challenging at first because there is a specific gate you had to enter though with a QR code but you get used to it after the first time. All amenities were very helpful. We used the washing machine/dryer which was a big plus. We would definitely stay again if needed!
