The home was spacious, in a good location, and check-in was easy. However, we saw three cockroaches during our stay. We also paid extra to have the hot tub heated, but after waiting 24 hours, it never got hot. On top of that, the toilet paper holders in two bathrooms came off every time we used them. Overall, the home has potential, but these issues need to be addressed to improve future guest experiences.

This air bnb was very nice for our group of 7. . It was easy to find and the checking was seamless. The place was clean and the host was very responsive. We drove so we were able to bring all of the "extras" we needed. The space is very limited on pans and pots if there is a large group. The icemaker doesn't produce much fast. We did a Walmart pickup.. The pool was nice and even though we didn't use heat, the smaller pool area seemed warmer. The resort: the Oasis club is the bigger club it houses the arcade, theater, gym, tiki bar, hot tub, lazy river, and restaurant. You must purchase cards to play in arcade. It closes at 9 . The smaller play area is within walking distance from the home and has a restaurant, the largest water slide, nice kiddie area and a pool. It closes at 8. If bringing cups in, must be plastic. It was a great place to stay! I'd recommend for a family vacay!

This was our fourth year staying with Cozy, and it continues to be our favorite rental for our annual trip to Florida. The property is consistently clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for families. The hosts truly stand out. They are proactive, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They provide a detailed guide with everything you need to know about the property, plus great recommendations for activities in the area, which makes planning so much easier. Our older teens love the play loft, especially being able to connect their devices to the TV and spend time playing the arcade games late into the night. Meanwhile, the younger kids have a blast in the pool, and we really appreciate the short walk to the community pool as well. Overall, Cozy has become our go-to rental, and we look forward to coming back every year. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, well-equipped, and stress-free stay!
