Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great. The house smelled strongly of dirty carpets, and the back door that leads to the pool had a broken lock when we checked in. I immediately told the host, explaining I didn’t feel safe sleeping there with a small child who could wander out and fall into the pool. The host brushed it off, saying the neighborhood was safe. The next day, they still didn’t treat it like an urgent issue. I had to follow up again, and she responded that “it’s still morning” even though it was 11:36 AM. I have time-stamped video of when it was finally fixed.
Beyond that, the air hockey table was broken, the blinds were damaged, the couch was dirty, and the game chairs pictured were swapped out for bean bags. Airbnb helped us with a partial refund, minus one night. Disappointed in the way this was handled. Great location close to the swimming and the clubhouse. Host was very responsive within 30 minutes of every request or question. The instruction manual was very clear and we were able to find everything and navigate through our stay easily. All accessories were made available in the kitchen needed to cook. We will definitely be back! Everything was amazing. My son loved the waffle maker Beautiful home on a resort style neighborhood. In close proximity to the community pools and restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely book on the next time down to Orlando area.
