Easy check in process, amazing location and lovely resort. Fast responses from the host and the property was lovely, cosy and clean. Will definitely recommend. Estaba bien, pero desde que llegamos uno de los inodoros no servia, se lo comunique a Maria (agente que me atendió en toda la estadía) dijo que no me preocupara que mandarían a alguien lo mas pronto posible para solucionar el problema. El día del check out le hice saber que nos quedamos esperando que llegase la persona y ella expuso que si fue pero que nosotros no estábamos en la casa, pues obvio porque no vine de mi casa en texas a encerrarme en otra casa, pero pienso que el deber ser fue haberme avisado para saber o haber preguntado que si estaríamos en casa (cabe destacar que pensé que ellos entrarían con el código de la puerta, por eso no me preocupe pq estuviéramos en casa, pq ella no dijo nada al respecto), o avisarme que fueron y no estábamos, cosa q no sucedió, de resto la casa esta bien, la secadora suena horrible pero funciona, es comoda Great location, nice house, very comfortable. Well equipped. This place has lots of potential. Unfortunately, there were maintenance issues upon our arrival including a broken dishwasher, a broken couch, a broken ceiling fan and broken garbage disposal. At one point I dropped an earring back under one of the beds and was pretty grossed out by the amount of dust and “stuff” that had not been cleaned under the bed (including gum). Very few utensils and one dish towel. The WiFi is totally unreliable and constantly goes out. Also charges $75 fee to use the grill + $70 to fill propane tank. <br/>However, the host was very responsive and did communicate quickly with us. The overall community has great amenities.
