I’ve rented 4 others houses in this exact location & have zero complaints. This house was dirty & not at all what pictures shown. Rented for my son’s birthday, Star Wars room came with zero blankets ( not like in pictures ) LED didn’t work as well. Couldn’t access house with code. Hose was left in pool, back porch door broken kept swinging open, couldn’t lock the pool gate wasn’t close enough. Considering it was a family of 6 coming and being left 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper for a WEEK is inconsiderate. Lights blew in the whole left side of house. Rented a propane tank for 75$ was told between 8AM-5PM it would be delivered and still showed up 35 minutes late. Lots of little things but the amount of $$ you pay id hope things would be smoother. I will not be back to rent from this person We had a wonderful stay here with our kids. The amenities within Champions Gate were great and the location was really good. The house is in a quiet area so evenings were quiet when kids were in bed. Madysen
