We enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful. There were minor maintenance issues, lightbulbs out, remotes with dead batteries, and the fridge filter needed to be replaced. Maria took care of these issues right away. We would definitely stay here again.

My team had a great stay at this house. The themed rooms are fun, pool is refreshing, community lazy river and volleyball is great, and many food options nearby. The house comes with many appliances. We had trouble with the toaster, but the same day a new replacement was brought and the problem was fixed immediately. This is a solid house with reliable service and a great location. Highly recommend!

Great host - quickly responded to my questions , the space was very comfortable clean and upscale interior. My son left his medication in the drawer in the house and we didn’t realize until about an hour after check out - the host quickly responded to my request to re enter the house to retrieve the medication.

We had a great stay this past weekend! The location was incredibly convenient to the parks and surrounded by plenty of dining options, which made everything really easy for our trip. The home itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family —having four bedrooms gave everyone plenty of room. Our host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We were only there for the weekend so we didn’t need much, but everything was exactly as expected. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely book with this host again!

We had a great stay before we hopped on a cruise with our kids. We only had one issue - we didn’t realize the pool wasn’t quite ready since it’s a newer place. We heard it would be ready in days after our stay the building was just waiting for permits with the city. The listing was a little confusing about the pool situation but hopefully that’s resolved now so future guests can enjoy.

Great stay.   Loved this home.  Stayed here while having some adventures at Sea World, Aquatica, Old Town (just down the street), Disney Springs and Gatorland.  We added heating the pool and use of the outdoor grill.  Both were great additions and recommend.   Would def stay here again.

Maria was a great host and very responsive. It was wonderful waking up to a heated pool for our two young boys and grandma. Lots of space, clean and location was close to one of the two pools. Kids loved the water slides and adults loved the second pool. If you like the champions gate area, this place was great. Thank you Maria for a lovely stay.

Maria’s house was wonderful! It had plenty of space for our large group to relax comfortably, with enough bedrooms to meet our needs. The themed rooms were fun, and the location was convenient with nearby grocery stores. Maria was also very responsive, flexible, and accommodating. The only downsides were that the hot tub never got very warm, which was disappointing, and the pool area faces a parking lot that wasn’t visible in the photos—we expected a more private view. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the house, especially if the hot tub issue is fixed.

I can’t say enough good things about Maria’s place! It looked exactly like the photos and the place was private, clean and very comfortable for our family! Maria was very responsive when we had questions and my kids LOVED the themed bedrooms. My daughter had a slight accident off the slide and slid into the wall causing a dent. We immediately reached out to Maria and instead of her being upset, she asked how my daughter was. How wonderful is that?! We would HIGHLY recommend Maria and her place and will DEFINITELY be booking with her again! We’ve already shared our experiences with friends and coworkers and will continue to recommend. Thanks Maria for making this mama very comfortable for our family Disney vacation!

If you’re looking for a poorly maintained property that will interrupt your vacation with constant issues, this is it. The host was responsive, but that only goes so far when you’re spending your time managing problems that should’ve been handled before arrival. The patio was filthy and crawling with ants. The pool was dirty and overfilled, causing skimmer issues, and it stayed that way until someone came to clean it and water evaporated. We requested a partial refund but were told ant problems are “normal” in FL — from experience they aren’t. They claimed to address everything, but nothing was actually resolved. Additional issues included: no grill utensils for the paid grill, a broken Mario game console, a dangerously fast slide near a wall, poor plumbing in the upstairs bathroom, a broken ice maker, no sheets on beds, and dirty comforters. This place was a stressful, disappointing mess. Until it’s properly maintained, it shouldn’t be listed. Look elsewhere.

We are fully committed to providing a high-quality experience, and it’s disheartening to see a review that misrepresents both the property and our efforts.
This home was recently renovated, with the owner investing over $50,000 to ensure it offers modern comfort, cleanliness, and style. All linens are handled by an external professional laundry service, and beds are prepared using a three-sheet system with a duvet insert — a hotel-standard approach that ensures both hygiene and guest comfort.
Every issue you mentioned was promptly addressed during your stay: Our pool technician visited and confirmed the pool was in normal working condition, Our pest control team returned to respray the property as a precaution, even though occasional ants are common in Florida’s climate, The Mario Bros game console, which is an unlisted extra amenity, was the only item we couldn’t repair immediately due to a broken part needing replacement.
It’s also important to note that this situation has been reported to Airbnb so they can take appropriate action regarding guests who attempt to damage a host’s reputation in order to gain personal advantages. We take great pride in maintaining our properties and supporting our guests, and we will continue to protect the integrity of our business.
