The first floor features a cozy queen bedroom and a full bathroom. Beautiful home, very clean for the most part. We stayed 4 days, couldn’t access the pool for evening/ night swimming due to light bulb being out in the pool and it wasn’t replaced until the day before we left. A trail of ants in the Mario themed bedroom bit a guest in which they had an allergic reaction and one side of their face was swollen. After reporting the ants and the pool issue, pest control did come out the following day to spray. No reasonable accommodation from UNE homes when asked—for at least not being able to swim whenever we wanted, which is one of the reasons why we booked the pool home. I enjoyed Champions Gate, but I will not book another home there if UNE is managing the property. i

Didn’t go on vacation to deal with the cable company 2 small kids and no tv.
We had no tv for most of our 5 day stay we complained to the property manager, the cable company came and couldn’t access the equipment we called at least 3 or 4 times and spent most of our vacation trying to get the tv fixed. Not acceptable J
