The townhouse was very nice and clean. There was plenty of space for our family and the location was close to everything. It isn’t clear until after you book, but after reserving the Airbnb, we were sent an email and required to provide each guests information and sign a separate rental agreement outside of the Airbnb platform. After signing the agreement, the property management company was supposed to email instructions for the gate but they were never emailed to me. Because I had read other reviews about the gate being a thing, on the way to the rental I called to find out how to get in the gate and a man at the property management company texted me a link. From that link you have to download a third party app called Sage and provide a picture of your drivers license. Then you have access to the app that gets you in the gate. All in all, the place was nice and we enjoyed our time. The hoops we had to jump through in order to get into the rental, I could have done without.

Positives—the property was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Negatives—1) communication was not great. I got a confirmation email, but I had to call them while pulling up to the house in order to get the door code and other check in info. They said they didn’t have the correct email, but they had sent be the pass for the gated community. They also charged a security deposit outside of the VRBO framework that was not expected. 2) In general it could have been stocked better. There weren’t enough large pots or bakeware to cook for the number of people in the house, and it was missing some basics, like a can opener. 3) We had a big storm and there was a major leak in one the bedroom closets. They sent someone promptly, but they just put a bin underneath it. There was clear water damage on the ceiling indicating that this wasn’t a new issue. 4) The plugs didn’t work in one of the bathrooms, even after resetting the GFI. 5) I accidentally left my Echo Show alarm clock and they said they would check into it and get back to me, but they never did. Even if the cleaning people didn’t report finding it, I feel like they should have communicated that instead of just being silent. Overall, the property was probably an 8.5/10 because of the minor issues, but the customer service was a 3/10.

Great stay and communication with the host. The place felt real cozy and homey. The only thing I can say is I felt like the ac was set to a temperature cause it won’t go lower than 72 degrees. That was the only thing beside that I recommend the stay

I can’t really fault this place? There are a few things I would have liked to of been different.
The pool side sun loungers are very hard and require a cushion in them, the seating round the TV would have been nice to have another one maybe two seats. The only thing that was annoying was out of the our hosts hands and that is the QR code entry to the complex? Far too many people could not use this and caused very long waits to get on the complex? We did not have a problem using this but stuck behind people far too many times. Saying all this we had a great time and I would highly recommend the property to stay. The property and house was beautiful. However we had to buy our own toilet paper because the host did not provide enough. There were also some electrical problems that were addressed but never fixed.
Overall, this stay was adequate but lacked some basic features.
