Good layout, but house needs some maintenance. Smoke alarm in master bedroom missing, fire extinguisher under sink was not in working order, good thing it was not needed. Towel holders in rear first floor bedroom broken. Shower control valve for first floor rear bedroom shower not installed correctly. Screen around pool broken or ripped, allowing bugs and mulch into pool. On check in at night front door code that was supplied did not work and sat in driveway for over 20 minutes on phone waiting to get proper code to get in house. Master upstairs bedroom bed is so hard you cannot sleep on it. The garage starwars game room is terrible. I honestly would not stay here again. Casa espaçosa, bem equipada e em ótima localização We just did 6 nights here and loved it!!!! perfect location. About 5-6 houses walking distance away from the pool area. Host quickly responded. House was huge and spacious. Had 3 families there and we all had our own space. Only complaint would be the king size bed in the upstairs bedroom was not comfortable at all. Other than that I would return and definitely recommend! Our stay at this property was wonderful. We had a difficult time with the lock box first entering the property. We called UNE homes and they gave us an alternative of getting into the property. There were a couple items damaged that we did take pictures of most, so we were not responsible for the items. UNE homes was extremely receptive to sending someone out to repair, but they were items they could address after our stay. We also did have an air conditioner issue a few nights into our stay, where the repair person showed up after hours in less than an hour to clear out a clogged condensation pipe. We were up and running again. Despite these minor issues, it was a wonderful stay. The pictures were exactly like the property. The pool clubhouse is 7 houses away and easily walkable. They did have an event for Mother's Day at the clubhouse, where our family had a good time. Lots to do in area. We would definitely stay at this property again and any property UNE Home's manages.
