We just did 6 nights here and loved it!!!! perfect location. About 5-6 houses walking distance away from the pool area. Host quickly responded. House was huge and spacious. Had 3 families there and we all had our own space. Only complaint would be the king size bed in the upstairs bedroom was not comfortable at all. Other than that I would return and definitely recommend! Our stay at this property was wonderful. We had a difficult time with the lock box first entering the property. We called UNE homes and they gave us an alternative of getting into the property. There were a couple items damaged that we did take pictures of most, so we were not responsible for the items. UNE homes was extremely receptive to sending someone out to repair, but they were items they could address after our stay. We also did have an air conditioner issue a few nights into our stay, where the repair person showed up after hours in less than an hour to clear out a clogged condensation pipe. We were up and running again. Despite these minor issues, it was a wonderful stay. The pictures were exactly like the property. The pool clubhouse is 7 houses away and easily walkable. They did have an event for Mother's Day at the clubhouse, where our family had a good time. Lots to do in area. We would definitely stay at this property again and any property UNE Home's manages. Great spacious home with a nice pool and game room. Easy walk to the on-site water park and a quick drive to shopping and restaurants. A 15-20 drive to major attractions. Overall a good location and stay for a large group.
