We had a brilliant stay at Story Lake, really well located for all the theme parks and a lovely property.<br/>Access was easy and Maria was always really responsive, only minor issue was sometimes late at night nobody responded to the gate call button, but this is out of their hands and we could just walk in but worth bearing in mind if you plan to rent/drive and come back from the parks late at night <br/>Definitely would recommend for a trip to Disney/Universal and Sea World resorts Hannah

Had a lovely stay on our family visit to Disney! The kids had the best time! Villa was clean upon arrival and any issues maintenance came straight out to our chosen timings. Plenty of towels and beds to chose from for the 5 of us! We used the amenities on site more than our pool due to how cold the pool was and the cost to heat it. We couldn’t see the point due to hardly been at the villa. But the amenities were great and the kids made friends over there! Definetly felt like home to home! Thankyou :-) Brivaelle

Super logement<br/>Il ne manquait rien<br/>Même les panières à linge était là 👍<br/>Je recommande Good layout, but house needs some maintenance. Smoke alarm in master bedroom missing, fire extinguisher under sink was not in working order, good thing it was not needed. Towel holders in rear first floor bedroom broken. Shower control valve for first floor rear bedroom shower not installed correctly. Screen around pool broken or ripped, allowing bugs and mulch into pool. On check in at night front door code that was supplied did not work and sat in driveway for over 20 minutes on phone waiting to get proper code to get in house. Master upstairs bedroom bed is so hard you cannot sleep on it. The garage starwars game room is terrible. I honestly would not stay here again.
