Very clean when we arrived, host had easy, straight forward instructions to get in the house. Parking available right in front of the house, super easy getting into the gate. Didn't get to go to the clubhouse because it thunder stormed & they closed it but it looked very nice riding by. We did have a pool in the backyard so the kids enjoyed that!
