Beautiful and spacious pool home! We are so happy to have our extended family together. Will book again!! Trash left by previous guests not collected for 2 days, ant infestation around pool not addressed timely as stated, bathroom not clean, bathroom mats not cleaned or changed I between guests, bed linen dirty and not on the bed properly, master shower poor water pressure, paid for pool heating and told it would take up to 18 hours to heat, 18 hours passed and pool was still cold. Maintenance came and turned the heat on and took 2 hours to heat. Had to contact Airbnb regarding the issues, host stated they never heard from Airbnb in spite of all the messages that was produced. host refused to refund me at the request of Airbnb so I could find another property. Host refused any type of remedy outside of spraying for ants.
Worst stay ever. Checking comments, this has happened before. Amazing home! We stayed for a family vacation and everyone was amazed by how clean and spacious the home was. The host was very responsive with any answers I had questions about. There were many stores and restaurants 4-15 min away and parks about 30 min away. Unfortunately the Windsor water park was under construction at our time of stay but we had access to another resorts water park, which was 10 min up the road and we were assisted with no problem, the kids had a blast! We would definitely stay again!
