I loved that the house was nice and cleaned very well! will stay again. We had an amazing stay! Our group of 15 was more than comfortable in this spacious and beautiful home. Every room was thoughtfully furnished and spotless. The pool was a highlight—crystal clear and perfect for relaxing or hanging out as a group. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend! Trash left by previous guests not collected for 2 days, ant infestation around pool not addressed timely as stated, bathroom not clean, bathroom mats not cleaned or changed I between guests, bed linen dirty and not on the bed properly, master shower poor water pressure, paid for pool heating and told it would take up to 18 hours to heat, 18 hours passed and pool was still cold. Maintenance came and turned the heat on and took 2 hours to heat. Had to contact Airbnb regarding the issues, host stated they never heard from Airbnb in spite of all the messages that was produced. host refused to refund me at the request of Airbnb so I could find another property. Host refused any type of remedy outside of spraying for ants.
Worst stay ever. Checking comments, this has happened before.
