House was overall ok. However the condition was not as advertised. Dirty areas like carpets and rugs. We ordered a crib as an extra and when we arrived it was missing 4 screws and falling apart and was unsafe to use. Had to call their maintenance out who showed up around 8pm. Big inconvenience considering we couldn’t put our child to bed on time for the first day of our trip. No partial refund or anything for the inconvenience. Coffee pot didn’t work and had to be replaced, multiple chairs were loose and not safe to use, the pool fence was unsecure and not safe. All things that should be taken care of prior to guests showing up. Decent house and price but not quite what was advertised in the photos. R

House was overall good but they could stand for a deeper clean. There were a lot of crumbs under the rugs. Also the dryer is not vented outside and it’s not healthy to breathe in dryer venting. I would recommend better quality towels for guest and putting more than one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. It was a great stay but could use some tidying.
