A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven, seven, five, zero, eight, two, zero, eight, three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform. 5) PRIVATE POOL & SPA DETAILS: South-face pool. Deep end 4Ft. Safety fence around the pool. This property is equipped with the pool heater, It can be added to your reservation for $35.00 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. If your reservation has less than 3 days, the minimum payment still applies. The request needs to be made 24hrs prior to the date you want it to start. For units with Pool & Spa (Little pool attached to the main pool), please note that the water system is the same for both - they're connected, and the water circulates between them. Also, keep in mind that the Pools Spa is not a Hot Tub. 6) Grills are not allowed on the property. 7) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, pool heater, grill rental, house grill use, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability. 8) The screen doors of the enclosure area of the private pool are kept padlocked for your safety & security and for liability reasons. Only the pool cleaning staff will access it once a week for their regular maintenance service visit. There's a safety fence around the pool. 9)Baby Items (complimentary for all stays): Pack n' Play (sheets are not provided) & Stroller & Baby Booster Feeding Chair & baby security gate. 10) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details. 11) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. - 2026-07-27T20:35:41Z · 4/5: Location is great about 12 to 14 minutes from the Disney parks in about 20 minutes from Universal. The little waterpark and lazy river in the complex is great as far as amenities. It is very bare but definitely not a dealbreaker by any means just make sure you get a few extra things depending on how long you’re staying overall in general the houses very nice and spacious. Has a small pool in the back good for a quick dip to cool down overall a very good experience host is also very responsive.

It was perfect for our Disney vacation: clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space for our group of 10, & super convenient to the parks. This was my first Disney trip staying off-property, & other than watching resort guests enter 30 minutes early, I didn’t miss the Disney hotel amenities at all, especially since this was WAY cheaper. A few helpful notes: the kitchen utensils & cookware are pretty basic. We cook a lot on vacation, so we brought a griddle & crockpot, but still bought an omelet pan. Also, plan to include paper towels, toilet paper, & dishwasher pods in your grocery order. Walmart is literally around the corner, which was very convenient. There were plenty of plates & silverware. One heads-up: the burners seem to run very hot with no true low setting, so be careful. I set off the fire alarm while making bacon. Overall, we would 100% stay here again. Maria was very responsive, and we had a great week. Highly recommend!!!
