Tive um problema no início da locação pois errei na data e em menos de 2 min entrei em contato para notificar o erro e tive que arcar com o erro. Não houve flexibilidade do lado da administradora.
A casa é um pouco diferente das fotos.
Limpeza não estava 100% e os móveis precisando de cuidados. As toalhas são bem ruins.
Quanto a localização é ótima e perto da Disney. Cristiane

Casa muito bem localizada, fácil acesso, perto de comércios!
No anúncio a casa parece ser nova, porém não é ! Banquetas da cozinha descascadas , cama de casal e não queen no quarto no andar de baixo que não é suíte, banheiro fica fora do quarto! outro quarto com pintura dos minions! A casa precisa de uma boa limpeza! E uma renovada nos móveis! Toalhas velhas e algumas rasgadas, camas não tão confortáveis! Overall, a very nice property. The fridge was making an annoying sound so we couldn't sit and talk in the living room, dining room or kitchen. We reported the problem and were told it was fixed on the second day, but it wasn't. We gave up and just sat outside instead. Amelia

Truly enjoyed my stay. The home was clean and neat. The location was excellent. Close by to the loop (shopping area). The home was Exactly as pictured. Checkin was smooth. Maria was very responsive. She communicated clearly and was very helpful. I would definitely stay again and
recommend.
