For units with Pool & Spa (Little pool attached to the main pool), please note that the water system is the same for both - they're connected, and the water circulates between them. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details. 10) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. - 2026-08-03T17:17:48.000Z · 4.0/5: Unfortunately there were several issues with the property. Before our arrival the water heated leaked and water went into the downstairs bedroom. The water heater was replaced and the water cleaned up however the flooring was still wet underneath and when we walked on the floor water seeped through so much that we had the lay towels down. However, there was an odor that got worse throughout our stay. We contacted UNE Homes who evidently managed the home and after much discussion they agreed to give us two nights credit. There are also electrical issues with the ceiling fans. As an example we had to unscrew the bulbs so we could keep them fan on as the pull string for the lights did not work. Also, the pool deck was very dirty and the pool itself was not properly cleaned and there were bugs floating on top of the water.We would appreciate it if you would be able to compensate us as well and we recommend you not list that home on your sight as it gives VRBO a bad reputation.
