The space
Welcome to this beautifully designed vacation home in the brand-new Doppio Westside community, just 15 minutes from Disney and conveniently close to restaurants, markets, and stores. This newly built home offers a modern, elegant design with spacious interiors, blending comfort and style. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a warm and inviting space for relaxation and socializing. Step outside to a spacious outdoor area featuring a heatable private pool and comfortable lounge furniture, perfect for unwinding after a fun-filled day at the parks.
Sleeping arrangements include:
Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): Chic master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): Lavish king suite featuring a king bed and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 3 (2nd floor): Mickey-themed room with two single beds
Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): Harry Potter-themed room with two double beds
(Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a full bathroom, there is a half bathroom on the 1st floor)

This was the worst experience I’ve had at an Airbnb. We were a group of 6 and stayed for 11 days. The house has 4 bathrooms and on the 2nd day none of the showers worked. There was no water pressure or hot water and the issue was never fixed. There were days no one could shower. Imagine walking 9+ hours at the parks in the middle of July and not being able to shower. We messaged the host everyday after point. Maintenance came out a total of 6 times. They told us the sensors on the water heater were damaged and the unit had to be replaced. The hostess made it seem as if the water wasn’t working because of the amount of people showering. When only one person went to shower it didn’t work! What’s the point of spending this much money for an Airbnb when you can’t even use 1 shower? They promote up to 10 people and they couldn’t even accommodate 6. We asked for a refund or accommodation to stay at a different property and they offered nothing. We reached out to AirBnb directly for help. Beautiful home, I loved my stay I felt right at home and cozy! Nice Property, But Still Under Construction — and Customer Support Fell Short
The unit itself was modern, clean, and well-decorated in a great location—but the overall experience didn’t live up to expectations. What the listing doesn’t make clear is that the entire development is still under active construction. Driving in, you’re met with construction vehicles, dirt roads, unfinished buildings, and the shell of a clubhouse being erected. It feels more like a worksite than a resort.We also had a maintenance issue with the downstairs bathroom that was never resolved. A staff member acknowledged the problem and said a repair would be done the next day—but no one ever came. Later, the host falsely claimed we denied them access, which is simply not true. We were on vacation and didn’t want to waste more time waiting around for a fix that never happened.Other small issues added to the frustration: dog waste not being picked up in common areas, conflicting check-in information, and unclear payment timing. When we requested a partial refund for the unusable bathroom, it was flatly denied despite our reasonable explanation.While the interior of the unit was nice, the surrounding environment and lack of accountability from the host took away from what should’ve been a relaxing experience. Until construction is complete and management improves, I wouldn’t recommend staying here
