Maria was very responsive and everything was easy, the house is in a very nice area and it is a nice large house overall. However… it needs attention/upkeep/maintenance, it’s looking very tired and run through. Walls showing hand dirt/stains at all the corners, heavy carpet wear/stains and all the furniture has heavy wear and/or damaged. The front 2nd master bed I slept in for 7 nights was so uncomfortable due to the collapsed bed frame and wore out mattress. Not only that the our bed comforter had dark smears of something on it so we had to wash it that night.
For the price of $2200cdn for the week I expected a higher quality rental.
Would I still recommend… yes, BUT… at a reduced price OR if some maintenance/repairs are done and do a really deep cleaning. P

Needs some work
This home needs a deep cleaning had to wash inside of kitchen cupboard and dishes because they were dirty and greasy. Vents throughout the home were caked with dust. Downstairs bathroom shower was nasty. Furniture needs upgrades leather is peeling on bedroom furniture and the sofa in living room was on the floor and wasn’t what is pictured online. Outdoor furniture is peeling and rusting and has chairs missing. In present conditional wouldn’t rent this home again.Communication with rental company was good. Si estás pensando en rentar toma en cuenta que es posible que NO FUNCIONE EL AIRE, creo haber leído un review similar, pero no preste atención. De verdad deseo que no sea su caso.
Desafortunadamente en nuestra estadía familiar nunca funcionó el aire, María envió a alguien a revisar pero nunca funcionó aunque marcaba que estaba baja y enfriando.
Queríamos quedarnos más días pero no nos quedamos por el calor, eso hizo incómoda nuestra estadía.
En compensación agradecemos que María haya sido flexible sobre la hora de nuestro check out.
Las sábanas y espacios limpios, la comunidad es súper tranquila, en ese aspecto nos gustó

Lovely home
The house was very clean and well maintained, but the furniture was too small and low that I couldn’t sit on it. The size of the house was perfect and we had everything we needed there. I would love to stay there again if they get a new living room set.
