(wireless speeds may vary) 3) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $250 / per pet (only one allowed and non-refundable). Animal Service and ESA policy: In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. The place was clean and organize,and Cozy ; the condominiom complex is very prívate and quite , I was surprise that we have to go thru a gate and security to get in , which it made us feel very safe, the Pool was awsome , disney is at about 15 minutes, and universal it would take is about 30 minutes with traffic and all, there are all kind of business and restaurants all around the property, the host was always check on us to see of we needed anything. We could have never picked a better place to stay , we are so glad we found it , I would definatly recommend this place for your next vacation

- 2026-03-11T16:30:23.000Z · 4.0/5: This unit was clean overall, but the upstairs needed to be vacuumed. There were no bugs seen at all which is rare at any property in Florida. The king bed in the master bedroom has a very thin and worn out mattress so we ended up sleeping in separate beds upstairs that were in much better shape. The jetted tub was nice for tired Disney feet, but only half of the jets worked. The living room sofa was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything g we needed. The listing claims to have a lake view, but that is not correct; the view was of the KOA campground. Our only issue we had to contact anyone for was that the wifi was out. We would stay here again only if the master bed had a new mattress.
