We wanted to love this villa as it seemed beautiful at 1st and Maria seemed responsive. However, things quickly went downhill. The sofa was dirty. We were staying for over 4 weeks so decided to wash it. The dishes and cutlery were dirty from last guests, we soon realised it was because the dishwasher didn’t work. I raised this over and over but gave up. The bin lid on the outside bin was broken, as soon as you put rubbish in animals would tear the bags. I spent half my holiday rebagging dirty rubbish. I raised this lots but still not fixed after 4 weeks. The themed advertised lighting in the kids rooms didn’t work. The worst issue was aircon. The humidity in the villa was at 80% by the time we left which is crazy. I sent photos but this wasn’t fixed. Rooms felt wet with humidity and mould growing in kids rooms. The last night we got no sleep due to this issue so asked for late check out but were told they had another booking which they didn’t as we enquired to book and could on Airbnb. We had such a wonderful experience here with our family. The house was so clean and everything was extremely user friendly. We loved the app that provided information not only on the house but also local excursions. We would definitely stay here again. Even our kids didn’t want to leave.
