Thank you for sharing your place with us. We enjoyed our stay at Summerville Resort and didn’t want to leave the Florida sunshine. Convenient location to many restaurants and entertainment. The house was great! New/modern, clean, spacious. Location was perfect, as close as you can get to Disney and a short walk or drive to a huge Walmart. Very safe, gated and quiet community, with a nice playground, gym and pool. Dedicated parking spot and guest parking spots right in front of the unit. Great communication and support from Maria. The community was easy to find and in an area where you can find anything you may needing during your stay. The residence was very clean upon arrival. Maria provided clear instructions for check in. The decor was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom which was also very nice. The only issues encountered were the TVs and the kitchen and living room furniture. We had problems connecting the cable service on a couple of TVs but it did not tremendously impact our stay since we were out and about for the majority of our stay. The blinds on the patio door were also broken. The sofa and loveseat could be more comfortable as well as the bar chairs and kitchen table chairs. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and for the rate we received it was well worth it. Maria communicated effectively and reached out shortly after check in to ensure there were no issues. Check out procedures were clear and not overly taxing.
