However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details. 10) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. We did not have time to utilize the resort amenities but we did walk thru the main one when we first arrived. There are many walking paths through the resort that are great for a quick jog or to walk the dog. Communication with host is great. We had an issue with the dryer and they had someone out within a couple hours to fix it.Quick and convenient access to disney parks. Less than 5 minutes to publix and Walmart for any shopping needs. This will be our new preferred disney vacation.home
