Where to begin on this house? Upon arrival we noticed many issues with this home. There were cracks in the countertop, stains/burnt marks in the carpet, missing blinds leading out to the pool, burnt marks on the outside table, outside chair was broke, light would not come on in one of the rooms, mirror was off the wall in a majority of the rooms, the iron rods on the staircase were loose or bent, dressers were scratched or had burn marks, the pool table held holes/burnt marks throughout the felt and remotes were missing to TV. The entry door keypad wouldn’t work and we were locked out of the house at least 5 times. One of those times we were told to get the key out of the lockbox however the key was missing. We went to the store to get batteries to see if that would help and that didn’t work. Finally on the last full day of being at the house, they owner had the keypad changed. The dryer didn’t work and had water throughout the line. The lint was extremely backed up. Kristi

The house was exactly what we needed for our stay but there were issues.
The lights did not work properly in several rooms. Even after maintenance came the issue was not resolved.
The WiFi did not work throughout our stay. Again despite maintenance coming it was not resolved. When staying with student athletes they have school work to do, WiFi is essential.
The dryer also did not work properly. Clothes needed to be put through the dryer cycle 4-5 times to get things dried. With 22 people in the house this is an issue.
On our last night the washer started leaking water.
Overall we were frustrated throughout our stay. If they can address these issues then the house and stay would be perfect!
