this home suited our needs for 12 people well! unfortunately there were major house keeping issues but, they were fixed asap and they went above and beyond to fix. Some items in the home have been broken, which we noted,but nothing crazy. I think what lacks here is the " personal touch" and attention to detail, as well as good inspection of the home when guests leave. updates like new outdoor cushions were suggested and more kid friendly cups/plates. Lastly, there were not enough trash bags for such a LARGE house who expect to host many people. so plan to bring trash bags, paper towels and TP if you have a group of 12 or more. <br/>Overall, it was great for our needs and location was awesome! close to stores and easy access to Disney. The home was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the bedrooms were super comfortable after long days at the parks.The private pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids (and the adults too!). We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood and easy access to Disney and plenty of great restaurants nearby. Check-in was seamless, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed.We’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the Orlando area!
