Very Problematic. Shower doors fell off tracks in both bathrooms and although i didn't get cut it hurt. The toilet in master was clogged when we got there as was the tub, we had to go out and but clorox because the toulet backed up in the tub. No working iron, they replaced it a day later with another BROKEN iron, the next day they dropped off the 3rd one but we were done with conference and didn't need it. The upstairs bathroom #2 was running alive with bugs, and the walls going upstairs were running alive with more bugs, maintenance had to come at 8pm to spray. There was not 1 cleaning product, mop or extra roll of toilet paper in this place. The roll in every bathroom was a half used roll. More than half of the electrical outlets didn't work. The lamp in bedroom was broken. This unit wasn't cheap and it definitely needs major maintenance. I have a great rating with Airbnb and have never had a complaint against me and I have videos and pix to backup ALL of these claims. Very Bad. Great host very accommodating Samuel

It was a wonderful experience. Maria had everything prepared for us. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived late at night, but the check-in process was smooth and convenient. Every time we had a request, it was promptly met. We’re looking forward to our next trip!
