We had a great stay and the condo is very close to Disney. This was our first time to stay off Disney property, but we will every time now moving forward. The only issue we had was not enough hot water when 8 people tried to shower all in the morning. Great place to stay and enjoyed our trip!

We had such a great week-long stay here! The home was spotless, cozy, and perfect for our family. The location couldn’t be better — only about 15 minutes to the parks (30 with traffic) and super close to Starbucks and grocery stores, which made our trip so easy and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

10/10 Airbnb. I've stayed at many McMansions in the Kissimmee / Lake Buena Vista / Orlando area and this one showed an exceptional level of 'experience' in every aspect. The house was well decorated, spacious, and incredibly clean. The bedrooms upstairs were beautifully insulated from any noise / commotion that might be going on either in other rooms or downstairs. The game room was a big hit for the 2 kids in our group - even for me, super NES and an arcade with 1980s games, and air hockey that worked. Perfect set of amenities throughout, towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils. A 2nd living room upstairs and 2 master bedrooms so no vying for the throne by alpha couples. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, we had to leave another Airbnb for health concerns and were allowed a very early check-in, and we were very grateful. Neighborhood and surrounding areas are very clean and feel very safe. About a 15 min drive to Disney Resorts and parks. Exceptional stay.

We had a wonder time at this house, matches well with the pictures, very clean, and great space for our large group of 14. Would recommend this place/area for anyone going to Disney or other nearby parks (universal etc). Fabio was always very responsive and worked with us through a few modifications from our end.

This place (including pool area) seemed very clean and comfortable. I was so impressed with the pool cleanliness! Very well kept in the entire house. Exactly what we were lead to believe it would be and more! Very beautiful in many ways even with cold weather at hand. Location a definite plus. Another future stay will be considered. Thank you for the ability to make many magical memories!

The location was main factor in booking this place -- in-between Legoland and Universal the two parks we visited. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Kids loved the theme rooms! Looked worn down though with most walls with dings/scuff marks/old carpet. Could be my error in reading description, but we didn't expect the place to have no basic cooking items like salt/pepper or oil. We ran out of some household items like toilet paper and dish washing pods as they only stocked a starter set. Overall this house had minimal conveniences compared to other vacation rentals we have stayed in. The oasis clubhouse was about half mile away and far exceeded our expectations!

Ótima localização, seguro e super tranquilo. A casa atendeu perfeitamente nossa família de 11 pessoas, todos os cômodos bem amplos. Cozinha muito ampla e prática, sentimos falta de uma toalha de mão na cozinha. Banheiros em tamanhos muito bons. Bem  aconchegante e com certeza recomendo.

Excelente lugar, muy lindo temático, muy prolijo, en un vecindario seguro y muy tranquilo. Fue un placer alojarnos y todo el grupo de las dos familias que fuimos disfrutamos alojarnos en la casa. No logramos mucha flexibilidad ni al ingreso ni a la salida, que necesitábamos poder entrar un poco antes o salir 1 hora más tarde. Pero a pesar de ello el lugar es excelente

La casa de María es súper cómoda, muy limpia y luminosa durante el día. Por la noche todo es tranquilo, la zona silenciosa. Los ambientes de la casa están bien decorados, y los dormitorios amplios. Los baños están impecables. La cocina completamente equipada. María se mostró atenta a nosotros desde antes de la llegada, y dispuesta a colaborar si hiciese falta. Lo cual no fue necesario porque todo en la casa estaba perfecto. Nuestra estadía en la casa de María fue de las mejores experiencias, fue excelente! Volveré sin dudas

We stayed for 3 nights, it was a group of 8 of us, we had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and spotless. The house was very spacious. Every couple had their own private bathroom. We had a very easy check in and didn’t have any trouble finding the house. I’d stay again and would recommend it !

This place was amazing! Everything was so clean and spotless, beautiful furniture, comfortable beds and pillows, and the kitchen just had everything you need for about anything you want to prepare. We were 8 staying over the weekend and were absolutely comfortable! Maria was exceptional, professional, and friendly at the same time. She listened and responded to all our questions. Requests were attended to as well. All in a quick manner. Greatly appreciated that! Well worth it!

The home provided a nice stay and everything was working and had been cleaned for our arrival. The property is a few years old and it was starting to show some wear and tear. The house has common walls and you could hear conversations from each side. The private pool is not large enough to swim in and more the size of a large hot tub. However, we still enjoyed our vacation.

My first VRBO stay
My first VRBO stay was what I'd hoped it would be. It was an extended stay (65 nights), it was in a quiet neighborhood, it was clean, and most importantly, UNE Homes management team was excellent. Maria, the manager and contact person, would respond to my messages each time within 5-10 minutes, and any issue was taken care of within a day or two. Most issues were minor, such as light bulbs out, etc.I plan to search for them first whenever I will be vacationing again.
