The house was situated at the end of a cul de sac and was very lovely and clean. The host was very responsive. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was a great space for us to gather and enjoy the holiday together.

We had a brilliant stay at Story Lake, really well located for all the theme parks and a lovely property. Access was easy and Maria was always really responsive, only minor issue was sometimes late at night nobody responded to the gate call button, but this is out of their hands and we could just walk in but worth bearing in mind if you plan to rent/drive and come back from the parks late at night Definitely would recommend for a trip to Disney/Universal and Sea World resorts

We go to Storey Lakes quite often and so have many comparisons. We were very happy with this townhouse. The host was quite responsive and assisted with the pool heater quickly, which was soooooo great to have! The beds and pillows were very comfy. Overall, wonderful stay.

The host and house was great, everything was clean and decorated nicely. The only thing was that the bathrooms only came with one toilet paper which wasn’t enough for a family of 8 and there was only one paper towel roll in the kitchen, luckily we brought our own. We also didn’t realize that the heated pool would cost extra. Other than that everything else was wonderful.

This was the absolute best stay I’ve had in Kissimmee. Maria and her home are top tier. She will definitely be my go to for booking in the area from now on. All 7 of my family members and I felt at home. The entire neighborhood was peaceful, clean, and welcoming. Not to mention, once we opened the door we were greeted with welcoming music. My 80+ yr old grandmother slept comfortably and peacefully. I haven’t slept this good in a while. My mother who has low vision enjoyed the big screen TVs . She was able to SEE what she was watching. Everyone has all positive statements! The kitchen was has EVERYTHING you need, especially if you’re a chef! Book your next stay! The description is top tier. The experience was mind blowing and top tier! Thank you Maria for a phenomenal stay.

Our host Maria was a great communicator and quick to respond. The House is modern, clean and has a beautiful layout. I Would recommend to others and would return for future visits. The neighborhood was a quiet area and close to stores, parks, attractions and restaurants.

Maria’s home is very nice, new, and exactly as described. Everything was spotless and clean, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and communication with Maria was quick and friendly. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the home itself was very comfortable. One downside is that the location is a bit far from Disney and Universal, but overall the stay was absolutely worth the price. We would happily stay here again.

Maria was absolutely amazing at responding to any concerns. She was professional and was very helpful. The home was beautiful just as it was in the photos! The only concern I had was that the sink in the kitchen faucet was a little wiggly and loose and Maria wanted to have her team come out and take a look at it but I opted to wait until we left the property. But other than that we will definitely be booking with Maria again. We really loved the house. I give it 5 stars*****lol

Had a few minor issues at check-in and Fabio and his team were VERY quick to respond and get them fixed immediately. Large, spacious house with easy access to literally everything. The clubhouse is awesome and the game room was a big hit for the kids. Would stay here again!

Stayed here for Thanksgiving as a family of 5. Spacious and clean. Kitchen has most of what you'd need to cook. Host was responsive and check in was easy. The community center is still being built but no complaints. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Home was perfect for our stay. Everyone felt at home. Nice, clean and quiet neighborhood. After gaining your parking access it was super easy to get into the neighborhood. I would recommend if you plan on cooking that you either bring or purchase pots there was not enough cooking ware. The only issue we ran into was that the pool was not inspected and either the previous renters or cleaners broke a glass by the pool. They then swept it into the pool and my nephew cut the bottom of his foot. Contacted Maria that night after being on the way back from the airport regarding the matter. Maria responded immediately however the pool service did not arrive until roughly 3P the next day. We actually went into the pool the next morning after seeing some of the glass and removed a lot of the larger pieces. Once the pool service arrived they vacuumed the entire pool and removed all the small pieces. Besides that beautiful home and perfect for our stay. I was refunded 70 dollars after asking.

Wonderful experience with this Disney themed oasis. Home was exactly what we homed for and more. Maria was proactive in connecting with us and went above and beyond when we forgot something in the unit. Thank you for making our vacation outstanding. The extra amenities in the gated community were an added bonus. Large pool, water slides and lazy river to name a few made it feel like an all inclusive resort. We’ll definitely be back!

My first VRBO stay
My first VRBO stay was what I'd hoped it would be. It was an extended stay (65 nights), it was in a quiet neighborhood, it was clean, and most importantly, UNE Homes management team was excellent. Maria, the manager and contact person, would respond to my messages each time within 5-10 minutes, and any issue was taken care of within a day or two. Most issues were minor, such as light bulbs out, etc.I plan to search for them first whenever I will be vacationing again.

It was a nice place the pictures were what you got buttt the beds were SOO uncomfortable they definitely need to buy new ones! All the beds felt like you were laying on a bag of laundry. We were there for 6 days they did not leave extra toilet tissue for us they only put one roll in each bathroom, they didn’t have extra towels., they also had no pots they had 2 pots and they were horrible I couldn’t even cook in the nice kitchen but It wasn’t a bad stay they just need to fix these little things and it would be a perfect stay! Besides that the house was clean and the pool was nice as well , the balcony is also very nice!
