We travelled as a large group ranging from 16 to 65, and the house was very suitable for our needs, was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. Loved the pool area and game room, everything was in good working order and very clean and well-maintained.
We haven't stayed at Storey Lake before but we enjoyed the resort, it was quiet and attractive. The main pool area was too far to walk from the house but we were happy with our own pool anyway.
Maria was extremely responsive to questions, always quick to answer and very helpful, both during booking and our stay. We had a maintenance issue with the dryer and professional help was sent very quickly. I hope you get it fixed soon, these things can't be helped and thank you for trying so hard!
My only feedback is that older members of our party would have appreciated a handrail for the pool and hot tub, as it was tricky to get in and out, but this does not change my review and I'd have no hesitation in staying here again. Excellent!Show more Elena
