The house was exactly as described and the pictures were accurate. The house was very clean. The furniture could definitely use an upgrade, the couch in the main living room was obviously older and not very comfortable. A lot of the walls, especially on the 2nd floor, could use a fresh coat of paint. The outdoor area was nice and the pool was a good size and well kept. We paid for the pool to be heated during our stay and had some trouble with that, two different repairs needed to be done for the heater to work properly. Each time we contacted the property managers they were very communicative and helpful. Good location, about 15ish minutes from Disney parks and plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. Overall the stay was great, big house, lots of space for families and separate game room! When we showed up there was a fork and knife in the sink which seemed odd, other than that the place appeared clean. However the home was missing some everyday items, like scissors. Thankfully you are super close to Target so it made having to pick up anything very easy. One of the burners on the stove top did not work, which happened to be the larger one so made cooking a little more difficult but overall doable. Grill we added on as an extra service but could not control the flame which was making it unusable and the dials for the burners had labels removed. The property manager did bring us a new grill but it was much smaller, overall we made it work and thankful they acted quickly to fix the issue. The house for lots of people with space for everyone. The day was OK big house spacious my family and I were very happy to be staying there but all in all the Presure in the toilet downstairs was not very good and the one upstairs in the hallway also the way they have their garbage bins outside is not that great the raccoons get into it and makes a total mess. The raccoons come early as 5 o’clock and when you’re checking out, you’re putting all your garbage out there’s no space to put it outside, but all I know the house is big beautiful and great. I would stay there again, but they would have to fix that issue of get bigger garbage cans. The host was great Maria . She answer me very fast . Thanks again storylines we’ll see you soon.
