Very comfortable, large, and private townhouse, which was perfect for my working vacation. I saw that almost all of this unit's ratings were 5 stars, as well as the other units from this management company which ultimately swayed me to book this unit. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but I did have some issues. Don't expect any information other than the unit number, door code, and wifi password to be given to you. There wasn't any information about trash pickup, quiet hours, pool rules or service schedule, etc. made available in the unit. Unfortunately, this beautiful townhouse has not been treated well by past guests. However, the cosmetic issues didn't really affect my stay, but it should have been a red flag. On the 2nd night of my stay, when I was first able to enjoy the patio and pool, I noticed that the sliding patio door was open about 2 inches. After closing and inspecting, I found that the lock was also broken. Management was fairly responsive to all my messages, but it would sometimes take a while to get a response. They seemed unwilling to work around my work schedule to fix the lock, only offering to come while I was scheduled to be in meetings even when I told them exactly when I would be finished. I ended up temporarily fixing the lock myself. Not the fault of management (unless they manage the units next to this one), but the neighboring guests during my stay talked loudly, played music loud, and smoked pot late into the night. The way the patios are built, backed up to the property dividing wall, everything echoes so loudly right into this unit. I could hear every single word spoken next door in the kitchen/living room of this unit with all the doors closed. Couple that with the pool not being very well taken care of, it made enjoying the patio hard. There were storms over the course of 3 or 4 days in the middle of my stay that blew a lot of dirt and leaves into the pool and caused the water level to rise to the point that the skimmer wouldn't work. I cleaned the leaves and bugs out as well as I could but it still needed proper service. I went to empty the skimmer basket and found a soda can that had obviously been there for a while. Since I didn't know the schedule of when the pool is supposed to be cleaned, I asked that someone please come and clean the pool properly as soon as possible. It took 2 days and several back-and-forth messages to just get the can removed and skimmer basket cleaned, but the pool was still dirty. Some of the positives: the upstairs King bedroom and upstairs den area were insulated enough from the back of the unit that the noise from the neighboring units' patios was minimal to non-existent, the kitchen had everything I needed, the 1/2 bath that leads out to the pool is handy, all the TVs are Smart and very large, closets were huge, bathrooms were sparkling clean, parking was never an issue, complex and unit were easy to find, getting in and out of the complex was extremely easy, it is only 10-15 minutes to all Disney Parks/Disney Springs, and there is a Wal-Mart very close (but I would recommend driving a little farther to Publix or Target). Overall, this unit served its purpose and I mostly enjoyed my stay, but if I had known about some of these issues beforehand, I would have saved some money and not chosen to stay in this particular unit/development. Tudo conforme estava nas fotos, espacosa, bem decorada, e muito proxima dos parques da Disney e de facilidades como wallmart, restaurantes, etc nossa experiencia foi muito boa. Obrigada! Nice, spacious home in a very good location close to Disney. It was beautiful, very spacious, and clean! I recommend this place it’s perfect for the price!
