The host was very responsive to any messages I sent. The house was fairly clean. Main bed was extremely comfortable. Nice layout of the house. Description in welcome instructions was not accurate - only one roll of toilet paper in reach bathroom instead of two as listed. They list a grill is there to use. It would have been nice to know they do not provide the gas canister. Be prepared to bring your own. Appreciated the Pack ‘N Play and booster seat. Our daughters and toddler granddaughter were locked out at the gate with several other guests. We called UNE Homes “help” line. They were anything but helpful. The man we spoke to said he “might try” to contact the resort and “might” get back to us. He never did. Our daughters had to figure out where to go and how to get in on their own. Overall, it was a pretty good stay. However, if you have any issues arise, don’t expect to get any help from their “help” line. You are on your own… We had such a great time. Had a great stay, staff and host was great responded back in a timely manner answered all our questions. Great location, Great time overall definitely would recommend!!! We absolutely loved our stay. The home was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. The communication and response time was excellent.
