- 2026-06-21T15:32:07Z · 4/5: First, the home was beautiful. We enjoyed staying here, there was enough space for everyone to not feel crowded and my kids loved it. Maria was very responsive to any question or concern we had. We did encounter an issue with the AC not working and it was fixed within 24 hours. I purchase fans to keep cool through the night bc upstairs got really hot. I asked to be compensated and I even offered to leave the fans there if I could be reimbursed, just to have for any future AC issues, bc there were no ceiling fans in the home and was told no. The cleanliness of the home could have been better; the walls had a few smudges, the floors weren't swept completely bc we did find hair. I think the cleaning crew could pay a little more attention to things like that. There was only 5 wash clothes in the home I had to buy enough for my guest. Lastly, in the bathrooms there are not tissue holders, or soap holders in the showers which was took some getting use to and no trash can in all bathrooms.

- 2025-07-13T20:48:51Z · 4/5: The home was beautiful. The address was very difficult to find. Since we was traveling as a big family I wish we were told about the gps before hand. Also the washer and dryer kept giving us issues. Other than that everything was lovely.
