Great host - quickly responded to my questions , the space was very comfortable clean and upscale interior. My son left his medication in the drawer in the house and we didn’t realize until about an hour after check out - the host quickly responded to my request to re enter the house to retrieve the medication.

We had a great stay this past weekend! The location was incredibly convenient to the parks and surrounded by plenty of dining options, which made everything really easy for our trip. The home itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family —having four bedrooms gave everyone plenty of room. Our host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We were only there for the weekend so we didn’t need much, but everything was exactly as expected. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely book with this host again!

Great stay.   Loved this home.  Stayed here while having some adventures at Sea World, Aquatica, Old Town (just down the street), Disney Springs and Gatorland.  We added heating the pool and use of the outdoor grill.  Both were great additions and recommend.   Would def stay here again.

We stayed at this home for the entire month of February and truly enjoyed our time here. The house is beautiful, and our 1.5-year-old absolutely loved the themed rooms (she misses Simba and the dinosaur now). The location is excellent, with convenient access to shopping and just a short drive to Disney parks. Maris provided clear instructions throughout our stay and was always responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again!

We rented this home for 2 families to vacation together. The home was absolutely amazing! It was impeccably clean, full of Disney magic, and had a TON of space. The 2 king bedrooms upstairs were massive and the 3 kid rooms were so fun. The Lion King bedroom downstairs was great. Both families loved the home so much that we discussed the possibility of buying a vacation home together in Championsgate ourselves! I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this house. As a family that loves WDW, this is the 6th vacation home we have rented. This is BY FAR our favorite and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The pool was very warm and comfortable. The movie room is super cool. We were only at this house for 4 nights and that was our biggest regret. We ALL wished we had more time as it was the highlight of our vacation to stay in this beautiful home and use the fun community amenities (lazy river, splash pad, etc). When can I go back? I miss it already!

A casa é excelente, muito confortável e bem cuidada. As camas são ótimas, e as roupas de cama e banho estavam impecavelmente limpas e macias, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. A anfitriã foi extremamente atenciosa, sempre respondendo rapidamente às nossas dúvidas e oferecendo suporte ágil durante toda a estadia. A estrutura do condomínio também é um grande destaque muito organizada, com ótima infraestrutura, e a academia é realmente excelente. A localização é perfeita para quem vai aos parques da Disney, e ter um Walmart ao lado facilita muito o dia a dia. Apenas vale considerar que a região costuma ter bastante trânsito, então é importante se planejar em relação aos horários de saída. No geral, tivemos uma experiência muito positiva e recomendamos a hospedagem!

Maria was a great host. The couch was slightly broken when we arrived, we let her know & the maintenance guys came the very next day to fix it. The house was as advertised, but does have some normal wear for a rental. The house was clean & a perfect fit for our group of 4 adults & 2 kids.

We had a great stay! The location is great and super convenient to restaurants, amusement parks, and shopping. The house matches the pictures. The house is large and great for a larger family. I would recommend bringing or purchasing kitchen essentials by arrival as there are no extras there like salt/pepper, coffee filters, extra garbage bags etc.

We loved staying here! Less than 15 mins to all Disney parks and so close to supermarkets, Target, Walmart etc. It is exactly like the photos and we really enjoyed sitting out on the patio with the great view and even had some friendly cute visitors (ducks) each day. We went to the pool/lazy river/splash pad area on one of our down days and my kids had the best time and It’s only a short walk from the apartment. Maria is a great host and we would definitely stay again.

The home was exactly as described, and my family and I felt very comfortable in the space. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kids especially enjoyed the heated pool. It would be great if a few more bath towels and linens were provided, though. Also, since my family enjoys cooking breakfast together, we found the kitchen amenities fairly basic, almost giving first-year-of-college vibes. That said, we still had an enjoyable stay overall and appreciated the space.

our stay at this location was okay, the first night we didn't sleep well due to having a running toilet , then noticed the the under cabinets lights was going off and on by themselves, I reported it and yes a maintenance people came out the toilet was fixed but the under cabinets lights still had issues. Then notice that the refrigerator was leaking water, I call it in and and someone came out but didn't fix the problem. they just stopped the ice machine from making ice, didn't notice it until that evening when we wanted some ice. So with this being said, I was mopping water all the time to keep from an accident happening ! This couldn't have been something as a paid guest should have had to deal with, but had to or someone could have gotten hurt. so wasn't very happy about that!
